“The iconic Waterloo place just off Pall Mall has drawn artists for decades, and I confess I was no exception. I started very early, to catch the gleam of light on the faces of the building and the morning shadows. All was going well until and ice cream van parked directly in from of where I was painting blocking my view. After politely asking them to move and they saying it was the only place they were allowed to park I conceded and moved ten feet to the left. What do you know 20 minutes later a coach parks right in front of me again. being nearly done at that point I finished the painting another revised location, but note to self start a lot earlier next time. :-)”
