“Painted after my Leicester Square painting on the same day just as the light was fading. I wanted to capture the majesty of the Trafalgar Square lions against the setting sun. The sunset was a bit half hearted and hard to capture but I was rescued by a troop of Palestine protesters on bikes. Mad world.”
